Purchase terms

Updated 21 October 2026.

What you buy

A single-plugin purchase unlocks that plugin on your Spark Audio account. Complete includes the eighteen current plugins: AutoPitch, EQ, Compressor, Limiter, Doubler, Delay, Reverb, DeEsser, Gate, Air, Saturator, Rider, Clamp, Master, Pitch, Halo, Mid EQ and Air EQ. It does not include products released later unless their offer explicitly says so.

Purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions. A full licence has no scheduled expiry and supports two active devices on your account. Prices are shown in euros with applicable tax included; Paddle displays your final total before payment.

Try before buying

Every plugin has its own free 30-day trial, starting when you first activate it. Each trial is available once per account and device, on one device. No payment card is required and the trial never turns into a paid subscription. Buying a plugin does not reset other trial periods.

System requirements and activation

The current releases support Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit, as VST3 plugins with optional standalone applications. Use the free trial to check your recording setup before purchasing.

A verified Spark Audio account and an internet connection are required for activation and periodic licence renewal. An activated plugin can continue offline for up to 24 hours after its latest successful renewal. A one-time purchase does not mean permanently offline activation.

Once payment is confirmed, your purchase appears on the account used at checkout. If the plugin is running a trial, open its Account panel, choose Refresh license, then Activate to connect the purchased licence. You can manage active devices from your account.

Payment and delivery

Paddle is the merchant of record for checkout, payment, tax and receipts. Purchases through Paddle are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Spark Audio provides the software, account access and product support.

A browser payment message alone does not unlock a licence. We wait for payment confirmation from Paddle. If access does not appear after payment, contact support with your order reference; do not buy the same product again.

Refunds and software licences

See our refund information for payment support and refund requests. Refunded purchases may lose the access granted by that purchase. Other valid purchases on your account remain available.

Third-party software components remain subject to their respective licences and notices supplied with the software. Nothing on this page removes rights granted by those licences or your mandatory consumer rights.
